General Admission Tickets are $15.00 per person and $12.00 for Wine Club Members.

General Admission tickets include ALL DAY access to the General Admission seating area on Saturday, September 24th from 10:00am-6:00pm.

Tables in the General Admission area are limited and first come, first serve. We strongly recommend bringing your own chairs or blankets. **Tents, umbrellas, tables, lawn games and balloons are not permitted.** Please inquire with questions about what is permitted. 

Interested in reserving a table?

If you would like to have a guaranteed table, you may purchase a table in our Reserved Family Seating section *tables are limited*! Reserved Family Seating provides a guaranteed table under a shade sail (in our General Admission area). Tables are $35.00 and seat a max of 4 guests. There is a max purchase of three tables per party. All guests in your party must have a General Admission ticket in order to sit at the pre-purchased Reserved Family Seating table. See MAP for details. Email alexa@pennswoodswinery.com if you are interested in purchasing a table (after you purchase your General Admission tickets).

You will receive a confirmation email once your tickets are purchased with further details for the day of the event. **Your order confirmation/receipt serves as your ticket(s) for this event. There are NOT tangible tickets to be picked up.**

 

FURTHER DETAILS & POLICIES:

  • Dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are NOT allowed during this event.
  • General admission ticket holders will not have access to the Premier Seating section; therefore will not be able to join Premier Seating ticket holders.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted on Penns Woods property. All coolers are subject to inspection.
  • We strongly encourage all guests to support our local food trucks that will be attending the event. 
  • We have a designated smoking area on site. Smoking is not permitted in general public areas.
  • Parking is very limited. We highly recommend carpooling and ubering if possible.
  • Penns Woods Winery reserves the right to alter policies for this event to adhere to CDC and state covid regulations or mandates. 
  • Tailgating is not permitted during this event. 
  • Last call is at 5:30pm. 

 

Due to the outdoor nature of this event featuring horses, for horse and rider safety; this is a weather dependent event and is subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified of any changes. The rain dates are October 1st & 2nd .

 

**Tickets are non refundable, but will automatically be transferred to the rain date (i.e. Saturday, September 24th tickets would transfer to Saturday, October 1st).**
