Premier Seating Tables - $165.00 per table for ALL DAY access to the Derby on unday, September 25th from 10:00am-6:00pm! 

Premier seating tables are in a separate area than the General Admission section (SEE MAP). These tables are specifically reserved and have the prime view of the event!

With this table purchase, you will receive the following:

  • Entry and seating of up to four guests (per table). Therefore, you do not need to purchase entry tickets separately, just the table purchase. 
  • Access to Premier parking.
  • Complimentary bottle of Rosé wine upon arrival.
  • Table side service ...means no waiting in line!
  • Access to the prime view of the Derby for the entirety of the event.
  • Seating under our shade sails.


**There is a three table limit per party. For example, if you have 5-8 guests, two tables must be purchased. If you have 9-10 guests, three tables must be purchased. We can not accommodate parties greater than 10 guests.

**General Admission ticket holders are not permitted in the premier seating section.

**Children are NOT permitted in Premier Seating. If you are looking for a reserved, shaded table for your family, we have a limited number of "Reserved Family Seating Tables". See GA tickets for details.

** Additional tables, chairs, umbrellas, tents and/or blankets are not permitted in this area. Please inquire with questions about what is permitted. 



You will receive a confirmation email once your table(s) is purchased with further details for the day of the event. **Your order confirmation/receipt serves as your entry for this event.** There are not tangible tickets to pick up. 



  • Dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are NOT allowed during this event.
  • You will have from 10:00am-6:00pm to enjoy the event. You are not required to arrive at 10:00am and/or stay for the entirety of the event, but you have all day access from 10:00am-6:00pm. 
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted on Penns Woods property. All coolers are subject to inspection.
  • We strongly encourage all guests to support our local food trucks that will be attending the event. 
  • We have a designated smoking area on site. Smoking is not permitted in general public areas.
  • Parking is very limited. We highly recommend carpooling and ubering if possible.
  • Penns Woods Winery reserves the right to alter policies for this event to adhere to CDC and state covid regulations or mandates.
  • No tailgating is permitted during this event. 
  • Last call is at 5:30pm.


Due to the outdoor nature of this event featuring horses, for horse and rider safety; this is a weather dependent event and is subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified of any changes. The rain dates are October 1st & 2nd .

**Tickets are non refundable, but will automatically be transferred to the rain date (i.e. Sunday, September 25th tickets would transfer to Sunday, October 2nd).**
