In this Halloween-inspired workshop, food stylist & owner of Crumb & Cow Philadelphia, Kristen McCoy, will show you how to envision, prep & style a spook-tacular charcuterie board.
Not only will you learn how to select the best cheeses, cured meats, and the perfect accoutrements to pair them with, but this workshop will also touch on knife skills, presentation, how to photograph your board & more.
This two hour experience includes a complimentary glass of wine, guided instruction, vineyard views, and all materials needed (including a cracker box & utensil bag).
We will also have to-go boxes available for you to take these boards to a Halloween party, or you can stay to enjoy them on-site! We will have live music by Allison Landon from 1-4pm following this class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class to allow time to check in & get settled. Class will begin promptly at 12:00pm.
Please note the following important policies for this workshop:
- Tickets are per person. We do not allow more than one person per ticket.
- This event will take place under our open-air pavilion. Please dress for the weather.
- Tickets are non refundable and non transferrable due to supplies being ordered in advance. In the event of inclement weather, the class will still go on!
- This workshop is for guests 21 years of age or older. We do not allow children or pets under our outdoor pavilion space.
